Our family has raised bison since 1968. 2.5 years ago my husband and I started our business to provide bison products locally. We only process prime bison. Every single time. There isn't a grading system for bison, but in the bison world in order to butcher a "prime" animal it has to be 2 years old. We absolutely do not butcher old cull cows or old bulls. We strive for our products to be consistent and the highest quality bison meat you can receive. We are 100% family owned and operated and we only butcher our bison raised on our farm by my family. We also use all small/local businesses to make our products.

Enjoy ethically grown bison that is non-growth hormone, non-steroid and with no questionable chemicals or drugs. They are handled as little as possible and spend most of their lives on grass.
