Orders will be shipped on Monday-Thursday only. Orders need to be placed by 8 am Friday to ship the following Monday-Thursday. If placed after 8 am on Friday,  your order will possibly not go out until the next Monday-Wednesday. This all depends if we have extra dry ice on hand.

If you are a local customer and would like to pick up your meat, please choose the "PICK UP" option at check out.  Once your order has been processed we will contact you to schedule a time.
